By placing an order with HoloGuard (“the Company”), the purchaser (“the Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Sales Policy. These terms are designed to ensure transparent transactions, protect both parties, and maintain fairness in all business practices.
HoloGuard reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or listed on official HoloGuard platforms.
2. Payment & Order Processing

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders begin processing only after payment has cleared.

HoloGuard reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear suspicious, incomplete, or associated with fraudulent activity.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. HoloGuard is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
3. Shipping Policy

Shipping times may vary depending on location and product availability.

Once an order has been shipped, HoloGuard is no longer responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Any claims regarding damaged items during transit must be reported to HoloGuard within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
4. Return Policy
HoloGuard offers a limited return option under the following conditions:

A return request must meet all criteria below:

The Customer must email thehologuard@gmail.com within 5 days of the order’s delivery date.

The email must include the Customer’s name, order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

HoloGuard must approve the return before any item is shipped back.
4.2 Return Shipping

The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be shipped back to HoloGuard in unused condition, with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.

HoloGuard is not liable for returned items lost or damaged during transit; tracking and insurance are strongly recommended.
4.3 Refund Amount
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:

A 50% refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (initial or return) are not refundable under any circumstance.

Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days after HoloGuard confirms the returned goods are in acceptable condition.
4.4 Non-Returnable Items
To protect product integrity and company operations, the following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final-sale items

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse

5. Warranty & Product Guarantees

Unless otherwise stated, HoloGuard products are sold as-is with no implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Any product defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with evidence for review.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect is not covered.
6. Fraud Prevention & Company Protection
To safeguard HoloGuard from fraudulent activity, the following measures apply:

Customers must contact HoloGuard for resolution before initiating chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in debt collection efforts, legal action, or a permanent ban from purchasing HoloGuard products.
6.2 Returned Merchandise Inspection

All returns undergo serial-number verification and quality inspection.

HoloGuard may deny a refund if the item returned is not the original item, has been tampered with, or differs from what was shipped.
6.3 Abuse Prevention
HoloGuard reserves the right to refuse service, refunds, or future orders to customers who engage in:

Use of stolen payment information

7. Limitation of Liability
